What You Will Be Doing
Manage production aspects of scheduling, quality control, cost control and trade interaction
Manage administrative aspects of schedules, purchase orders, reporting, permitting and inspections
Conduct thorough pre-construction meeting with buyers to confirm selections, set expectations and review the process of building their home
Conduct weekly agenda-driven meeting with your sales team to review progress, discuss potential buyers, current buyer issues and site conditions
Ensure anticipated CO date on construction schedule is accurate
Maintain timely approval of purchase orders when tasks are completed. Verify completeness and quality prior to approval
What You Need for this Position
At Least 1 Year of experience and knowledge of:
Light Medical Construction
