We are a late stage ITSM start-up with an awesome infrastructure product looking for a VP of Channel Management to join our team! Our product is sold through re-sellers and your role will be to manage and grow those channel partnerships. You will be remote as long as you have the ability to travel to your partners and visit the home office twice a quarter.

You will be part of the sales process, building and expanding the partnerships, on boarding them and owning the relationship. We are looking for someone who has worked and represent multiple infrastructure products, not just one, preferably in Service Management.

You MUST have a technical background along with either pre-sales or sales experience and WANT to do sales.

The ideal person has a profile similar to this:

Someone working for a systems integrator or co-location data center who is the onsite project management or architect for the client, understanding all their requirements and making the transfer of infrastructure management happen. OR someone deeply involved in the "cloud migration" from a traditional data center to the cloud. When you work for the provider onsite with the client, you must have strong client facing skills and that's exactly what we are looking for!

What is required is a track record of success! You need to have strong mentally agility and want to be part of a great team with a great IT product!

You will work REMOTELY from home and travel to your clients and the corporate office, up to 50% travel.

Again to succeed you MUST have a technical background, coming up through the technical path and then in to sales.

What You Need for this Position


4+ years of pre-sales, sales or Channel Sales experience for an infrastructure company involved with multiple products, preferably ITSM or ITAM, Service Management, data center management tools

MUST have technical skills, coming up through the technical path and then moving to sales roles (example network engineering, pre-sales engineering, CTO)

Experience in a small company or start-up is a plus

Track record of success!
