What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for leading clients through the planning, design, final construction process.

  • Responsible for managing multiple aspects of client/owner and project coordination including production of documentation (permitting and construction).

  • Responsible for interacting with client/owners, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and companys colleagues.

  • Responsible for developing interiors based on client vision and architectural needs and requirements

  • Responsible for coordinating all project production and coordination efforts

  • Perform QA/QC reviews

  • Assist in code and zoning review

  • Responsible to fully research and coordinate, document and submit all plan check corrections with applicable city agencies and engineers

  • Responsible to fully address construction issues in field and provide appropriate direction to GC/Subs

  • Serve as a client liaison to keep the project on time and within the budget

What You Need for this Position

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Mid-level experience in corporate/commercial interiors and/or healthcare

  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit

  • Proficient in detailing complex and unique project conditions

  • NCIDQ preferred but not required

Must Have:

  • Bachelor or Associates degree

  • Leadership skills
