What You Will Be Doing
Troubleshoot/repair of electrical circuits and devices such as;
AC/DC variable speed motor and drives
Servo drives and motors
Lead and assist engineers and contractors in the design of electrical control systems for new and existing equipment to include wiring diagrams, equipment
control logic, safety, quality and process control monitoring.
Supervise and assist Maintenance Electricians on electrical control systems installation, troubleshooting existing equipment, and NEC and OSHA standards.
Gatekeeper of maintenance PC notebooks, electrical test equipment, including software.
Maintain electronic records of facility equipment programs.
Requisition replacement electrical components for the facility's equipment.
Working knowledge and understanding of various types of PLCs and their software and the components they control.
Work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels of the organization; requires effective communications both orally and in
- Required to be on call and responsive to off shift and holiday production support needs.
What You Need for this Position
5+ years of experience in the electronics field such as controls, electrical design and troubleshooting.
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Associates Degree.
