What You Will Be Doing
Adherence to safety standards and ensures that subcontractor are compliant with all applicable safety codes and regulations
Supervising and developing hourly man-power labor
Discusses with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning, and executing work specifications and procedures to keep to schedule
Ensure timely project completion through project scheduling, deliveries, management of materials and document submittals
Responsible for financial success of projects
What You Need for this Position
More Than 7 Years of experience and knowledge of:
7+years of a supervisory role in the concrete industry
Expertise multi-story cast-in-place construction
Ability to efficiently manage and schedule multiple crews and trades
Competent in current industry safety practices and technology
Knowledge of trade agreements
Thorough and wide-ranging knowledge of concrete-construction documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete pumping, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling and managing sub-contractors
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Comprehensive knowledge of the concrete industry and they get the job done through self-motivation, effective prioritization skills and integrity
