We are looking for someone who is going to be an expert with the phone. This Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls, a well as ensuring that the customer has a pleasant experience every time. We work in a fast-paced environment here so we need someone who is willing to move quickly, but also work collaboratively in a team. You will be the voice of our company, so someone with confidence is key as well.
What You Will Be Doing

What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
Handling questions/concerns of customers
Maitaining a positive atittude
Excellent communication skills- written/verbal
