What You Will Be Doing
Perform a variety of technical field services primarily in North America but services overseas will also be required.
Provide Sales support as required.
Project Management of orders as required
Take ownership of the planning, execution and follow up of work by making efficient traveling arrangements, communicating with customers and internal sales and service people and performing all required tasks on site.
Creating and distributing professional reports to all relevant people must be done in a timely manner, preferably within two weeks.
Sales presentations, quoting & providing support to Sales for potential projects.
Project kick-off meetings, working with Engineering, Purchasing & Production to achieve project schedules on time & within budget, start-ups, achieving Performance Warranties, reports on Orders and case studies.
What You Need for this Position
More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
Wet & Dry Products such as (but not limited to) headboxes, forming, press, dryers, calender, sizing / coating, reel, winders and threading.
Threading and Forming REQUIRED
Pulp & Paper machinery service support
Understanding of Complex Machinery Designs
High- Level Field Service support - 75% travel
Sales Support and quoting
Machinery Installation & Assembly
2-4 year Engineering Degree
