We are building and enhancing a suite of medical products that ensure doctors are working in the most efficient, patient considered and precise ways during critical surgeries and our devices are used during many different procedures.
We are a medium sized team of quality engineers that are heavily involved in all facets of new product development. Upon joining our team, you'd be responsible for developing, evaluating, implementing and maintaining manufacturing methods, operation sequences and processes to manufacture and/or assemble components and/or finished devices. You'll adhere to quality and quantity standards and follow directions and blueprints to meet specifications. Be able to know and apply the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the ME specialization with guidance from SMEs

What You Will Be Doing
Evaluate blueprints for the processing of parts in order to ensure manufacturability.
Identify and manage cost reduction projects in support of goals.
Identify and implement ergonomic improvements.
Support new product development and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
Identify sources of waste and implement changes that drive cost, quality and delivery.
What You Need for this Position
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Comfortable wearing PPE
Lift/carry up to 20 lbs
Work with small hand tools, inspection equipment and standard office equipment
Strong analytical and communication skills
Plan, organize and implement many concurrent tasks
Analyze and correct complex product and/or process issues using independent judgment
