We are a medium sized team of quality engineers that are heavily involved in all facets of new product development. Upon joining our team you may have exposure to software quality assurance, implementing best practices including designing test plans and the overall test strategy, as well as interfacing with other components beyond software including firmware, hardware, electrical engineering and various other quality initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
Working as part of a team in a Software Engineering position in the R&D department focused on development and design of test cases, test strategy and overall testing efforts for all phases / components of new product launch.
As part of our software quality team we will be designing and implementing the test strategy and complete testing plans as well as doing unit testing, verification testing and participating in the testing requirements of working in an agile / scrum environment
Some of the Duties include requirements analysis, providing time estimates for deliverables, development of detailed quality specifications, implementation and unit testing.
What You Need for this Position
B.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or related engineering curriculum
Experience creating and implementing test plans, test cases and test strategy
Systematic problem solving skills and experience
At least 2+ years of solid software testing experience
Exposure to medical device software is a plus
Software Verification Strategy
Exposure to C++ or Linux systems is a plus
Formal Software Testing Methodology or working in an Agile / Scrum Environment is also a plus
