What You Will Be Doing

You will be assisting in the Labor and Employment practice with special attention to wage and hour class actions and counseling our clientele on a variety of employment-related issues.

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3-7 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Prior BigLaw Experience

  • Litigation

  • Employment Law

  • EEO Claims

  • Wage/Hour Claims

  • Counseling on Investigations, Terminations, Wage/Hour

Nice To Have Skills Include:

  • PAGA

  • Labor Code Claims

  • Class Certification

  • Wage and Hour Class Actions
