What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

Manage all site activities and supervise the duties of field labor and subcontractors.

Coordinate, track and log all other site activities on a daily basis.

Coordinate, track and log using all company management systems.

Review and assist in writing subcontract scopes.

Manage and update project budgets and schedules.

Oversee Project Documents (RFIs, Daily Logs, Submittals, etc.) with project team.

Prepare and analyze subcontract change orders.

Assist with permits and meet with city inspectors and consultants

Assist in the buyout of subcontracts

Conduct site project meetings.

Punch-list completion.

Understand architectural plans

Maintain quality control to company standards.

Manage all project safety procedures and conduct site safety and foreman meetings.

Assist with various other construction tasks, as needed

Some proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

What You Need for this Position

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • 5+ years of Project Manager experience

  • Must have and successfully completed multi-family, apartment, and/or mid-rise projects

  • Experience with Type-5 wood frame construction and podium/basement

  • May be required to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
