What we focuses on is developing mixed-use planned communities and residential subdivisions in California and Nevada. We are a specialist in building and owning rental communities, shopping centers, office parks, and industrial buildings. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for a large residential master-planned community development projects .
What You Will Be Doing
-An extensive knowledge of the California Regional Land Development Market
-Experience in managing all aspects of land development projects including: project scoping and proposals
-Zoning research and analysis
-Storm water analysis and design
-Final land development design
-Regulatory permitting approval process
-Project closeout and financial project management
-Excellent communication and public presentation skills
What You Need for this Position
More Than 7 Years of experience and knowledge of:
Single Family Construction
-MS Project a plus
-Review and approve contractor estimates
-Review and approve change orders submitted
-Track and record job cost variances
-Negotiate with contractors on fair pricing.
-Gather photo documentation for all estimates and change orders submitted
-Load documentation into various owner portals for approval
-Value engineer estimates
