What You Will Be Doing

Work with the Project Manager to establish a cost reporting system for all project components

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly labor, equipment, material and sub-trade costs

Develop and maintain the project schedule with the assistance of the Project Manager

Control drawings, drawing records and revisions

Ensure that all technical aspects of the work conform to all applicable codes and standards

Ensure that all work is completed accurately (i.e. survey)

Obtain and provides written documentation for all clarifications and instructions, attends all regular meetings

Assist and monitors all time sheets to ensure proper coding and cost allocation

Assist with preparing progress invoicing, change orders and progress status reports

Complete estimates, reviews estimates and assists in costing

What You Need for this Position

At Least 2+ Year of experience and knowledge of:

  • Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related degree

  • 2+ years of experience and understanding of construction

  • Knowledge and experience with RFIs, Change Orders, & Submittals

  • Excellent computer skills — Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.

  • Knowledge of PC and construction and business software including scheduling, estimating, spreadsheets and word processing.
