If you're based out of the greater New York City area, and enjoy working from a Home Office, this role may be the right fit for you. You'll cover the Northeast market, strategically working with property partners across multiple business sectors including multifamily residential and commercial properties, airports, colleges, municipalities, parking garages, shopping malls, retail parking, schools, and workplaces. From prospecting-to-close, you'll control the full-scope of the sales cycle to structure long term deals in multiple markets and verticals.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Meet and exceed individual revenue and quota

  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities from outbound/inbound calls, leads, general prospecting and email marketing. This includes cold calling and networking in the region to develop ones own opportunities

  • Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects

  • Travel extensively into territory to develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, present, articulate/clarify value and differentiation, and win the business in expected timeframe

  • Develop territory strategy, including channel leverage and internal resource requirements, for each account

  • Accurately forecast revenue for territory and accounts, maintain contact information, business history and opportunity details in continuously

  • Develop a strong technical baseline through training and development milestones

  • Territory (home) based and extensive travel required

What You Need for this Position


  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or equivalent

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience

  • Prior experience with EV Charging Stations or Car-Sharing Service Sales is preferred

  • Prior experience with engaging property owners, property management companies, utility companies, or municipalities preferred

  • A history of success in developing, driving and closing business and achieving quota

  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills

  • You need to be an intense energetic self-starter and able to work hard, independently

  • Capacity to interact and communicate effectively with internal resources and executives

  • A proven ability to multi-task and handle complexity

  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver on commitments

  • Excellent grammar and writing skills, and be able to map out strong business plans for others to easily interpret and follow

  • Possess strong negotiation skills

  • Previous experience using
