What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintaining a daily log (written) of job site activities

  • Presiding over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work

  • Ensuring compliance with all building and safety codes

  • Managing multiple project deadlines and adhering to the established timeline

  • Prioritizing urgent matters and addressing issues proactively

  • Performing quality control duties/responsibilities regarding the work being performed

  • Coordinating inspections with local jurisdictions

  • Communicating with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals

What You Need for this Position

At least 3-5 years of heavy civil experience and:

  • Experience managing subcontractors

  • Private and Public Sector experience

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/specs

  • Ability to travel between job sites

  • Prior experience with grading, paving, concrete, wet utilities and/or infrastructure

  • OSHA 10 or higher
