What You Will Be Doing
You will be bridging the gap between Artists and Programmers working on games, ensuring art assets can be easily integrated into a game without sacrificing the artistic vision or exceeding the platforms technical limits.
Work within Unreal Engine 4 & Unity to implement features, functionality and game assets.
Create Models with UV Unwrapping and Texture work utilizing Photoshop, Maya, and Substance.
Developing new production pipeline and workflows for new projects.
Create in-house tools for automations and production pipeline improvements.
What You Need for this Position
Be able to show technical proficiency in areas such as lighting and rendering, texturing, and graphics-related shader programming languages
Have extensive knowledge of art packages ranging from modelling to texturing and special effects
Be able to customize art packages so they are as streamlined as fast as possible for specific projects
Create tool sets for the art team and anticipate the needs of the artists so as to streamline their productivity
Be highly skilled in the use of 3D graphics software
