We are in need of a driven, top-notch Senior Auditor who's an expert within the governmental field.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the planning, fieldwork, and completion stages of the audit

  • Provide additional assistance for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services

  • Identifies and researches accounting issues

  • Recognizes and takes advantage of practice development opportunities through extension of services to clients

  • Contributes to the firm's overall growth through active participation in admin/operational functions

What You Need for this Position

  • 3+ years' experience in accounting - Public accounting experience huge plus

  • Governmental experience - required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/related field

  • CPA - HUGE plus

  • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures

  • Ability to work collectively with clients, managers and co-workers

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities

  • Proficient in the use of accounting, spreadsheet, word processing, and database computer software
