We are a financial company with global offices and a small company feel. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in San Francisco. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage digital advertising to help grow the North American business.

What You Will Be Doing
The Digital Marketing Manager will manage, set-up, execute and analyze paid media plans with strict acquisition goals across key media channels.
Manage and grow digital performance marketing program with agencies and colleagues
Plan, advocate and implement media placement based on stated goals and objectives
Define and oversee paid digital acquisition channels, including biddable and programmatic paid media with focus on direct response display
Oversee allocated media budget and plan across display ad networks, mobile ad networks, video ad networks, content distribution networks and social networking platforms
Develop, A/B test, and evolve creative assets and landing pages with marketing colleagues and agencies to drive enhanced customer lifetime value
Manage tightly defined customer acquisition costs and volume targets with daily, weekly and monthly reporting against KPIs
Manage agency and other media buyers supporting performance marketing campaigns
What You Need for this Position
You will bring your digital acquisition expertise, collaboration skills and passion for effective advertising. In addition, you will have:
-5+ years of acquisition-oriented consumer marketing experience with at least
5+ years working in direct to consumer performance marketing at scale
Experience managing large media budgets and hitting monthly goals for user acquisition, cost per acquisition and longer term ROI
In depth knowledge of key ad serving platforms and digital monitoring solutions (GA, GTM, DCM, DBM, tags, tracking HTML5)
Experience in big data and analytics; proficiency with CPA, LTV, A/B testing, promotional strategy, attribution models and cohort analysis
Proven facility with analysis and tools including Salesforce, Google Analytics, Optimizely and others
BA/BS in marketing related field
