What You Will Be Doing
The Estimator will be responsible for all bid documents, drawings and specifications with scope of work prior to starting scope letter and estimate. While communicating and verifying scope with general contractors ad clients as necessary prior to bid. In addition to completing bid in a timely order to allow for review with Chief Estimator and or President. After you have sent out the bid you will be responsible for following up with all involved parties (GCs, Clients, Vendors, Management), you will also maintain relationship with said parties through project process. Lastly you will have to review and price out all change order requests or revisions that exceed workload ratio.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3-5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
FabTrol (must have)
