What You Will Be Doing
provide IT support for field deployable equipment
travel to customer sites for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
handle support requests; generate bugs/tickets
perform ongoing tuning, hardware upgrades, software updates and more
configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions
What You Need for this Position
ability to travel anywhere in US on short notice
carry 50 lbs for 1 mile
Microsoft Windows / Linux environment setup and maintenance
knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, RDP, and other network protocols
troubleshooting computer hardware/software issues
remote monitoring tool experience like Remote Desktop, SSH, or teamviewer
BS in Computer Science or related
of age to rent a car (no at-fault accidents or DUIs)
knowledge of PHP programming languages and web servers
experience driving large vehicles w/ trailors
