We are one of the most innovative medical device companies, and specialize in perfecting the way that doctors do surgery. Our goal is to make for a smoother and easier surgery for all of our patients and to keep coming up with new products that can help. So far, we have over 11,000 and are continuing to come up with more! We are headquartered in Florida, but are hiring for this role in our office in Santa Barbara. We have about 1000 people in our our organization and 200 of them are in the Santa Barbara office. Although we can be seen as a large company, we really have a small culture feel, and work together collaboratively and have fun together too!

This Inside Sales Representative will have experience in either sales or customer service within a healthcare or medical device industry! You will be responsible for calling and emailing prospects and working on renewing their agreements/proposals. You will be working collaboratively in a team of Inside Sales Reps, as well as with the Field Service Engineers and the Technical Support team. You will be excellent at building relationships and maintaining them day in and day out!

What You Will Be Doing

-Calling and emailing current prospects to renew agreements and proposals

-Building rapport with new and reoccurring clients

-Working collaboratively in a team environment

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Inside Sales

  • Cold Calling

  • Customer Service

  • Sales

  • Medical/Healthcare knowledge
